Welcome to the best night in town! The George & Dragon has been fully refurbished throughout and is a family run pub. We offer a friendly welcome and are currently undergoing a modernisation in our kitchen, which will be opening very shortly, we are looking forward to serving you traditional home-made food & will be able to cater for small parties, christenings & weddings.

We offer live entertainment every weekend & have our own ladies & mens darts team, future events include a regular quiz night with a difference & karaoke.​

We are directly across the road from the local theatre so why not stop by for a bite to eat or a drink before the show!

We have 5 screens, including outside screen & a giant HD projector screen, offering all the live action on both BT sports & Sky sports.

Small beer garden to the rear of the pub & seating area at the front.

Our facilities include a pool table, darts board, disabled toilet and a baby changing facility.

We accept card payments.
